4. Members with a payout ratio greater than 100% will not be eligible for a Refund bonus.

5. To qualify for a Refund bonus, members are required to earn a minimum of 20 comps.

6. For CLUB Members, the Refund bonus is up to €1000.

7. For VIP Members, the Refund bonus is up to €3000.

8. All refund rewards are calculated by using the time of the transaction, according to Casino Time.

- CLUB Members from the United Kingdom are asked to wager their bonus plus deposit forty times; CLUB Members from all other countries are asked to wager their bonus plus deposit twenty five times.

- CLUB Members from the United Kingdom are asked to wager their extra reward forty times; CLUB Members from all other countries are asked to wager their extra reward* thirty times.

VIP BRONZE MEMBERS

- VIP Bronze members from the United Kingdom are asked to wager their bonus plus deposit forty times; VIP Bronze members from all other countries are asked to wager their bonus plus deposit twenty five times.

- VIP Bronze members from the United Kingdom are asked to wager their extra reward twenty five times; VIP Bronze members from all other countries are asked to wager their extra reward* twenty times.

VIP MEMBERS

- VIP Members are asked to wager their bonus plus deposit fifteen times.

- VIP Members from the United Kingdom are asked to wager their extra reward bonus twenty five times, VIP Members from all other countries are asked to wager their extra reward* 25 times.

*The double-up feature on any game does not count towards wagering requirements.

** The term "Extra reward" can refer to refund/wager/elite challenge/extra bonuses

***In cases where all games are valid towards wagering requirements, low risk bets will not count towards wagering requirements. Low risk Roulette bets are bet spread combinations covering 25 or more (25-37 spots) of the 37 unique number spots on the table.
