Antigua and Barbuda Financial Services Regulatory Commission (FSRC)

At Europa Casino we operate under a license issued by the Antigua and Barbuda Financial Services Regulatory Commission (FSRC), including a binding contract to uphold their regulations. Deviating from the FSRC approved and permitted manner of business would result in the immediate annulment of our license.
These regulations ensure that all online gaming (related) activities meet four basic principles:

1. License holders, their associates and key personnel meet corporate and personal standards of integrity, and are suitable to operate.

2. The software, which determines the odds for games, meets internationally recognized standards of fair gaming.

TST Technical Systems Testing

TST Technical Systems Testing North America Incorporated (TST) is a renowned statistical and technical software testing firm, based in Vancouver, Canada. The institute tests all of our casino games to ensure industry-standard levels of both fairness and accuracy. Once these conditions are met, the TST then issues a letter of compliance.

Note: As all of our gaming software is created by Playtech, and used without any alteration, the TST letters of compliance feature the Playtech name, logo and links (and not Europa Casino).

Under-Age Gambling

The logo above is an indicator of our efforts to prevent minors from gambling. It is not only against our own Terms of Use (see Section 3 – Legal Requirements) to gamble if you are under the age of 18, it is also illegal. We have taken numerous steps to prevent underage gambling.

This logo shows that we make every effort to prevent gaming by those under 18, which is illegal in all jurisdictions and under our Gambling Registration (see also Terms of Use page, Section 3 – Legal Requirements).
